Olivier Maréchal

Hands-on tech leader based in Montpellier, with 25+ years of experience across engineering, infrastructure, and management. I help SMEs build information systems aligned with their strategy: efficient, resilient, and fairly priced. Two areas of focus: adopting generative AI in a compliant, controlled way, and shared governance, from sociocracy to cooperative legal forms. As an indie hacker, I also build small, fast, and private tools rooted in the Small Web philosophy.
