IT services firm based in Île-de-France (35 staff), founded and run for 19 years. Delivered fractional CIO engagements for clients including Suzuki France, public hospitals, Harmonie Mutuelle, Le Jour du Seigneur, and Groupe BTP Consultants. Over the second decade, led the company's transformation from a classical pyramid into a shared-governance organization, combining sociocratic circles with holacratic role-based decision-making. Strong CSR commitment, achieving B Corp certification.

Self-Directed Learning

I have been a self-taught learner since the start of my career. Whenever a subject sparks my curiosity or a problem demands a new skill, I learn it from primary sources: documentation, books, papers, code. Over 25+ years this has covered software engineering, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, ML/AI, management and organizational design. I treat learning as a permanent practice, not a phase.
