• Shipped CoachMe, my macOS app, on the Mac App Store a few weeks ago, my first App Store launch. Watching the early numbers come in and figuring out what to learn from them.
• Fractional-CIO work for a French national organization: helping them build a cybersecurity and AI literacy culture from the ground up, with information security policy on one side, and an AI Act-aligned usage framework on the other.
• And for an industrial SME in the south of France: untangling an aging ERP and migrating it onto Odoo. The kind of project where the technology is the easy part.

Reading

• Walden, by Henry David Thoreau. Slowly. The book asks to be read that way.
• Magnifica Humanitas, Pope Leo XIV's first encyclical. Strikingly clear-sighted, I find.
